Hey, I'm Manny Pachano

I'm a web designer, front-end developer and SEO consultant for software companies and small businesses. I design and build their websites and run the SEO, email and CRM work behind them. I've worked with US clients since 2019.

Recent work: TimeClick, Universal Environmental Services, nuVector and several small businesses in the US.

About me

I'm the front-end developer and marketing specialist at TimeClick, a software company in Utah, where I work remotely. I'm also the web designer, developer and SEO consultant for Universal Environmental Services, and I take on web design and SEO projects for other US clients. I also run my own SaaS product, Clox.

How I got here

I started building WordPress sites for small businesses while I was in college. Some of the work was paid and some was traded for things I needed at the time. As the projects got bigger, I moved from WordPress themes to writing sites from scratch.

I taught myself JavaScript, PHP and design. From 2022 to 2025 I worked at nuVector, first as a front-end developer on their B2B web apps and later in SEO and marketing. Since 2024 I have been the front-end developer and marketing specialist at TimeClick, where I am responsible for the marketing website, including the design, the code, the CRM and checkout integrations, the SEO content and the email program.

Since 2026 I have also been the web developer and SEO consultant for Universal Environmental Services, a used oil collection and recycling company in Georgia. I designed and rebuilt their website, and I run their SEO program.

In 2026 I started Clox, a time-tracking app for small field crews in the trades. It has native iOS and Android apps, a web dashboard and a marketing site. I designed, built and market it myself.

Website redesign, SEO and marketing · 2024 to present

TimeClick

I redesigned the marketing website for TimeClick, a time clock software company used by thousands of small businesses, built the CRM, checkout and email systems behind it, and ran the SEO program that took organic traffic from about 4,000 to over 30,000 visits a month. The goal is to get the right visitors to start a free trial.

Clox

My own product: a time tracking application for small trades crews. The crew clocks in from a phone, the office approves the week and sends it to payroll, and a clock-in made with no signal is saved and synced later. I run the company and I designed and built it.

Keyset

My own project: a maintenance desk for a property management company, built to have a React and TypeScript application with real state in it. It has filtering and bulk edits, a schedule board that works by keyboard as well as by dragging, and saves that show instantly and roll back if the server rejects them. There is no client, and the data is generated.

Explainer Visuals

I built a portfolio website for a video production studio where every video plays automatically. I built it on Astro and converted the videos to HLS playlists, so each video streams in small pieces and the page stays fast.

LoopManager

I redesigned the website for nuVector's LoopManager software and moved it from WordPress to Astro to match a new explainer video. I also built a custom blog CMS so the marketing team could publish posts without a developer.

Landscaper Templates

I designed and built three website templates for landscaping companies. They are intentionally generic so a business owner can compare the layouts and the speed first. I then customize the one they choose.

Landing pages

A landing page is built around one action. These are complete pages I designed and built myself, including the animations and mobile versions. Each one has a section-by-section walkthrough explaining what each part does.

First screen of the Halstead Mechanical concept: a dark petrol hero over a photograph of rooftop air handlers at dusk, the headline "When the chiller goes down at 2 a.m., call us.", a call button and an estimate button, a roof plan panel with four rooftop units where one is selected, and an orange emergency strip underneath with a live Columbus clock and the phone number.
Halstead on a phone: the concept notice, the header with the phone number and a full-width estimate button, the headline over the rooftop photograph and a full-width red Call button.

Concept design · 2026

Halstead Mechanical

Two people arrive at a mechanical contractor's site wanting opposite things. One is a facility manager with a chiller down at 2 a.m. The other is a general contractor bidding a job six months out. The page gives each of them a route without hiding the other: a clickable roof plan, a symptom triage that tells you how urgent your problem is, a labeled building section and a response-time chart, all hand-written in a single HTML file. Halstead is invented and every figure is written to be plausible, with a concept notice at the top of the page.

First screen of the Rythm concept: announcement bar, header, the headline "The world's easiest blood test" with "easiest" in red, the discounted price, two buttons, three trust points and a floating red sphere with result badges around it.
Rythm on a phone: the red sphere first, then the headline, the price and two full-width buttons.

Drag the handle to compare the light and dark versions.

Concept redesign · 2026

Rythm

Almost nobody arriving at this page has heard of a monthly at-home blood test, so it has to explain the product, answer a needle and a health-data objection at the same time, and still get one button pressed. It is one HTML file with hand-written CSS and JavaScript: an animated hero, numbers that count up, a scrolling wall of reviews, a working FAQ, and a light and a dark version you can switch between. Rythm Health is a real at-home blood testing company in the US and this redesign was not commissioned by them.

First screen of the Apple SEO concept: the headline "We make sure customers find you everywhere they search." with "everywhere" in red, two buttons, and a drawn local search result showing a business moving from rank seven to the top.
Apple SEO on a phone: the headline, the description, two full-width buttons, industry tags and the drawn search result panel below.

Concept redesign · 2026

Apple SEO

This agency already had the hard part: three real clients, three industries and results they could name. The homepage was not putting any of it in the order a buyer thinks in, and the three case studies were styled three different ways, so the best-looking one read as the only real one. What changed is the order, one consistent format for showing proof, and three new sections that answer the questions a discovery call normally has to cover. Their services, their case studies and their brand stayed.

  • HTML & CSS
  • JavaScript
  • Conversion design
  • Information hierarchy

First screen of the Rise Talent Advisors concept: a dark navy hero with the headline "We're a hiring company.", three figures, and a Need to fill a role form on the right.
Rise Talent on a phone: the headline, the paragraph, the three figures stacked with their labels beside them, and the top of the hire request form.

Concept redesign · 2026

Rise Talent Advisors

A staffing firm competes on trust, and trust here comes from being specific. This homepage named five industries, which does not tell a hiring manager whether these people have filled their role before, and it spoke only to companies, so a candidate who landed on it was a wasted visit for both sides. What changed is that the page now says what happens after you fill in the form, names the roles they actually place, and speaks to candidates as well as companies. Their brand, their client logos and their copy stayed.

First screen of the Sunny Sky's concept: a photograph of a dog on a hay bale at sunset, the headline "Saying yes to the animals who need us most.", Meet adoptable pets and Donate buttons, and a line saying visits are by appointment only.
Sunny Sky's on a phone: the headline over the sunset photograph, two full-width buttons and the appointment-only note.

Concept redesign · 2026

Sunny Sky's Animal Rescue

Four kinds of visitor land on a rescue homepage at the same time and want four different things, and the old page made all of them scroll to find out what they could do. What changed is that adopting, volunteering and donating are all reachable from the first screen. Everything factual on it is theirs: their story, their photographs, their links, their tax ID.

First screen of the Almanac Coffee Bar concept: a dark photograph of a barista at work, the headline "Good coffee, slow mornings.", two buttons, a 4.9 Google rating, and a card showing today's bake.
Almanac on a phone: the headline over the photograph, two full-width buttons, the Google rating and the today's bake card.

Concept design · 2026

Almanac Coffee Bar

A coffee bar gets two kinds of visitor: someone deciding whether to walk in, and a regular checking the hours. Both questions have to be answered without anyone searching, so the menu and the prices come first and the story comes later. The menu filters by category, the plus buttons build an order in a drawer, and the events book through a dialog. It is one hand-written HTML file, and Almanac is invented.

First screen of the Wasatch Ridge Capital concept: the headline "Invest in the real estate powering the Mountain West.", a drawn illustration of mountains and buildings, two buttons, an accredited investor notice, and four numbers.
Wasatch Ridge on a phone: the drawn illustration above the headline, the description and a full-width Request investor access button.

Concept design · 2026

Wasatch Ridge Capital

This page carries seven kinds of number, from unit counts to target returns to hold periods, and all of them still have to be readable on a phone. Every figure is also invented, and saying so beside each block of numbers is what shaped the layout. Wasatch Ridge is an invented firm, the figures are marked illustrative, and a concept notice appears in four places. It includes a filterable portfolio, a distributions chart, three offerings and an accredited-investor form, hand-written in a single HTML file.
