Project overview
nuVector makes returnable asset management software, and LoopManager is their main product. They had just produced an animated explainer video and needed the website to match it, with consistent branding and a design that could show the video without slowing the site down.
We designed the site in Figma and used its commenting features so decision makers could give feedback on the mockups as they were made. For the build, I recommended moving from WordPress to Astro. Static pages made the site faster, and I converted the videos from MP4 to HLS playlists with a custom script so they stream in small segments.
The marketing plan included a new blog post every two months, so I built a small custom content management system on top of the Astro site. The marketing director writes and publishes posts herself, without a developer.
